Didn't sleep much last night, a mixture of excitement and trepidation mixed with a little bit of sadness and guilt (not the best recipe for a good nights sleep!).
I know the rational (and sane) thought is that Pepper had the best life ever, and we did what was best for her in the end, but it is still just a little over 2 months since we lost her. She was a special girl ♥
Looking forward to starting a new chapter with Ellie, and bringing back a bit of life to the house that has been so sadly lacking since we lost Pepper.
p.s. (Oh, and Les still wants an Italian Spinone so watch this space!)
