Puppy class :)

Sorry for the dreadful quality of the photo, I took it with my phone.
As you can see, Ellie has been to her first socialisation class. She totally loved it! Me and Les did too (apart from the initial embarrassment of trying to train Ellie in front of a room full of other people).
She was the youngest one in the class this evening, the others seemed to have been going for around 3 to 4 weeks (about 15 dogs with their owners). We were a little late and the whole class did an 'Awww' when she walked in  ♥
She made a new friend 'Dexter', a 16 week old Spaniel. He had always been nervous with any dog he met, but he and Ellie hit it off from the word go!
Ellie pulled on her lead for the first 20mins of the class as she was just so excited and wanted to meet all the other dogs. She did us proud by doing her 'sit' + 'down' routine when told :) Me trying to 'walk' her however, in front of a room full of people didn't go so well *~*........it's a learning curve (haha)!
So I can honestly say, from the very first week, that we have defiantly made the right decision by enrolling her in the classes.
Oh, and she slept all the way home in the car!!!
