Dinnertime!

Ellie is shooting up! She is 17 weeks old tomorrow. We had to get her an adjustable feeder to make it easier for her to feed.
She goes back to puppy classes tomorrow evening after a 3 week break <gulp> I get the feeling we may be back at square one lol!
Her training is going ok, the only real problem we are having is lead training. She insists on pulling (naturally), and it is quite exhausting stopping and starting every few yards or so, but it has to be done. She is gaining in strength even at this age, and I do NOT want a 25kg dog pulling me around.
Pepper did this once, she didn't like other dogs, and one day she spotted one down the lane. She caught me unawares and ran for it, dragging me all the way to try to get to the dog. It ended up with me, bloodied on the ground. I managed to stop her attacking the dog at the very last second, but, it resulted in my having a broken little finger, cuts and bruises to my arms and legs, and a whopper of a black eye (from being pulled against a metal fence!). Needless to say, it took me a long time to trust myself to take her out again (Les did all the walking for a good while).
So, need's must. It will be well worth it in the end
