Lovely November Day

We've had some pretty rotten weather these last few weeks (as has most of the UK). Today is a much calmer day, and we have a little sunshine.
It was Ellie's on lead walk today. We went back down to Burradon farm. We met these little cuties at the end of the farm (the one in the foreground came over to see us) ;



This time we took the long way home alongside the farmers fields. At the crossroads we took the Burradon route up to the old pit heap. The view from there is lovely, if you look very carefully you can just see the North Sea on the horizon :


Ellie gets a little frustrated on the lead walks (can't say I blame her). I really do look forward to the time when her recall is close too 100% and she can run free on every walk. Hopefully it wont be too long away!
She is hardly hard done by though. In her short life she has had 2 holidays, numerous trips to the beach, and many days out! She certainly keeps us active.
