Ellie is now 8 months old, the time has flown by!
She is such a pretty little dog. Though her 'habits' leave a lot to be desired!
She continues to roll in anything that's dead and stinky (the more stinky the better!). Unfortunately she seems to do this the most when my oldest son walks her lol.
We have finally found an effective (kind) deterrent to her chewing/attacking both the cushions and Les' shoes.....a water pistol. She hates it! You don't even need to spray her with it, as soon as it comes out she's off!
I have been looking for (yet another) harness for her. I had purchased one I thought would do the trick, and it did for a few weeks, but now she is used to it she has started pulling like mad again (we are training her to walk to heal, honest!). This recent harness has 2 metal D rings on the back. She had it on on holiday for a long while, and one side of her back has scabbed up from the D ring rubbing in too much. I would like a fleece harness for her ultimately, but, with her predisposition for rolling in dead things it may be a while before I get her one

Aw, I love this blog. Keep it up, though as they get older they don't give you as much to write about. Probably a good thing?
