Before we got Ellie we read a boat load of information on the breed. One piece of info I really liked was that 'Dalmatians are incredibly clean dogs with dirt repellent coats'......not Ellie, she is a total dirt monster. If she can find filth,mud,rank water to roll in she is one happy pup!
We have had a busy weekend, and been out for the most of 2 days, but Les has popped home to take Ellie on a couple of long walks. On both occasions she found a lovely muddy pool to play in. The first day he didn't have his phone to take a picture, he missed a class shot, Ellie found a dirty muddy pool and proceeded to 'lie down' in it (she is a strange one this one lol).
Anyway, today she found the same pool and 'dropped' her ball into it :
She just has to get filthy every time she goes out! Having said that, she is very 'cat like' and will clean herself as soon as she comes back home.She is a real darling dirty or clean ♥
